I began my journey in childcare in 1994. As a young single mother of three. I worked as a part time assistant at a local YMCA. I obtained my CDA in 1997 and then went back to school and obtained my degree in Child Development. I have worked as a teacher with all age groups from infant to school age. I was a Director for 20 years and began teaching CDA in 2001. I opened my training business, RD to Professionals in Progress LLC, and found I love teaching adults how to teach children! I have been doing it ever since! I have taught Early Education at the college level and have been a PDS for CDA.  I am excited to teach you what I know and to help you on this journey.   Donna Keith, Owner/Trainer
